Hello, I thank you for visiting my shop. I have been out of work for a while , and I am still trying to look.I realized that sadness and desperation is not helping me at all, it just puts me in a deep hole. I learned to crochet by myself 2 years ago, just for fun,so I thought, why not try to sell some of my crafts.
First, it helps me to occupy my mind onto something, and second, it helps with my income.
I am an animal lover. We have turtles, fish, lizards, dogs and cats. WE are also animal rescuers. Our dogs and cats are saved from abuse and abandonment.
We are especially in love with cats.20 homeless cats saved at different times when they were babies and some of them were very tiny and sick. We had to bottle feed several of them.
Not far from our house, there is an abandoned barn. Each time we catch a wild cat, we relocate them there and feed them everyday. There were about 32 adults and babies It is not 100 percent safe, but at least they have each other, there is a roof to help shelter them from the rain and hot sun, and no more walking and hiding under cars and searching food in and out of garbage cans.I feel so bad there are more cats out there on their own without our help.
I really hope people respects every kinds of animals and love them,no hurt,no kill,no abandoned.
My husband and i have a dream that one day we have money and we will buy a farm which is so far away from noisy city and busy traffic. We will build a cat barn, and put of each cat we rescue in there. In summer, there will be enough shade for them to lay down and in winter, there will be enough heat to warm each of them.
In the daytime, they would be free to hunt and play, and in the night time,no more wild dog and other predators to hurt them.
My profile picture is my Nana. I lost her January 2012 and it still makes me cry every time i think about her. She was such special lovely baby. She was a very loyal cat. She followed me everywhere when we went outside. She just walked beside me without any leash. Sometimes she was would slow down when she stopped to eat grass or chase bugs, but when i called her name, she came. She loved to give me the happy feet massage on my belly and she loved to lay down the rocking chair. I love her so much, and this photo is in memory of her.
UPDATE: now we are quite manage to build a our own easy cat house on our land, and put those cats here. It took us about three month, and still have more to finish. We need more time, people and money . Right now my husband and I are very happy, because his dream to have safe land for his homeless cat came true. Even thought there is more to finish, but we keep hope and faith that one day it will be a wonderful land.
