USPS delivery times could be delayed, with the possibility of extended delays. According to a number of news sources, USPS could be having shortage in staff, 60-80% more volume than normal for this time of year plus Covid19 regulations. If you paid for tracking with your order, I have the same information/ updates that you do. I cannot fill out the USPS service ticket form for missing mail, as I am not a resident of the US. The tracking number is provided to you once Canada Post has logged your item into the system. There are very long delays at US customs and US sorting facilties.... your patience is appreciated.
