Founded in 2004 by Victoria Ballard, our mission remains the same: provide parents with the information, tools and support they need to nurture confident, healthy and happy children.
Based on the principle that kids will be motivated when they’re praised for a job well done, The Victoria Chart Company develops all-in-one reward systems that are proven to get results from the toddler years through elementary school and beyond.
The Victoria Chart Company was founded by Victoria Ballard, a single mother of two who was searching for a way to inspire her son with special needs to reach his developmental milestones.
Developed alongside child development experts, Victoria integrated proven tools and techniques to develop practical, easy to use, and engaging reward charts with bright colors, cute characters, a durable design and routines kids can easily understand.
Each product uses the Encourage & Praise® method to help parents take a positive approach to get results and the Kiddlies® range of characters, who just like ordinary children, have their own unique personalities, preferences, strengths and challenges.
Shortly after creating their consumer line of reward charts, The Victoria Chart Company launched their custom made line of business-to-business branded products for pharmaceutical companies, hospitals and schools, as well as the military and police services. These B2B products have proven time and time again to help organizations engage, support and educate families in their care.
Today, The Victoria Chart Company is a recognized leader in positive childhood development. Their products are used by families and professionals to help children reach their developmental milestones, adjust to change, and cope with life’s challenges.
In 2010, as demand for their products in the U.S. continued to grow, The Victoria Chart Company expanded and set up operations in Clearwater, Florida.
The Victoria Chart Company is the recipient of several awards including two National Parenting Publications Awards in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016.
