After 35 years in the woodworking business I decided to retire to my small shop at home and go back to building handmade furniture.
The Christmas of 2011, I made a few cutting boards as gifts for a family and friends. It went over so well that I was
… encouraged to start selling a few. After that my cutting boards got more attention than I could imagine.
Now we have a few dealers and are expanding to making jewelry boxes, cremation urns for people and pets, wood pens and some custom furniture. I really enjoy woodworking and hope to continue to grow this local business. I have many more unique ideas that are coming soon.
One last thing, Simply Wood Products by D.S.Dufour is dedicated to producing the highest quality products anywhere, we only uses the highest quality, select grade hardwoods available.
