1 out of 5 starsI ordered a black sweatshirt in a size large and received a royal blue hoodie in a size small. I reached out and she sent me the correct size in a timely manner, but it was defective to where the design had too much heat on it in a few places of the design. I was then sent a third sweatshirt and it was also defective, but it was missing the antenna on one of the characters. The lady then offered me a full refund and she was understanding about everything, but not sure if I would order anything else from this boutique just because I would not be certain if the same person who filled my order would happen to do it again.

I immediately sent replacements to this customer. Out of over 500 orders we fulfilled this holiday season, this was the only one with an issue. We pride ourselves on going above and beyond to address any concerns and ensure customer satisfaction. Mistakes can happen, but we’re always here to make things right and provide replacements promptly.

1 out of 5 starsThe item arrived to small. The sizes are not true sizes. They run small. I left a message to the seller to give me a larger size like 2 or 3 up in size.

you are the only buyer the has an issue with the size !!! I sold more than 300 hoodie and I had Zero complain !!!
