Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
I don't accept exchanges
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
At 7-Wonders Design, I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are returning your purchase for whatever reason, please refer to my rules & policies regarding your return.

> Return shipping charges are customers responsibility.

> Please keep your shipping receipt until I contact you and issue your refund. In the event your package is lost in transit this will serve as "proof" you returned them.

> All RETURNED art prints must arrive in pristine, original re-sellable condition in order to qualify for a full refund of your purchase. Therefore please carefully repackage the artwork when returning. In the event the prints are damaged due to improper packaging (no fault of USPS mishandling), I reserve the right to re-coup my costs of production and issue a 50% refund. In the unlikely event this occurs, I will take a photo of the damaged art and send to you explaining the situation.

> DAMAGED PRINTS. While I try to package my artwork very carefully to assure safe arrival, If your purchase is damaged in transit, please let me know the circumstances (and attach a picture with the damage). I am always very happy to quickly replace any damaged artwork.
I except payment through PayPal and Etsy. If you live in the United States and purchase from within The State of Washington, WA state sales taxes will be collected during your purchase.

Cancellations of orders are given within a 24 hour period after purchase. And Full Refunds are issued.
I try to ship your order as soon as possible but no longer than 3 to 5 business days (after receipt of payment & approval of proof). I will let you know when your item has shipped with tracking information if you live within the United States (Domestic only).

Prints Larger than 11" x 14" MAY INCUR A LONGER SHIP TIME.

Usually 3-5 days (after item has shipped). Items Ship by USPS, either First Class or Priority Mail (additional fees may apply for Priority Mail)

** Note: International buyers are responsible for any possible additional taxes (VAT) due to customs in their country. Please be sure to check your own country's tax policy before purchasing.

All of my prints are copyright protected. Please do not redistribute or duplicate without my consent.
To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom personalized Name Art, for example), that you leave in the Notes Section during checkout or if you contact me directly.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

:: Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
:: Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

Data Retention

I generally keep your data for the following time period: 4-7 years (as necessary for IRS Record Keeping of transactions.)

If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.
