Please note that the colors displayed may be slightly off due to the lighting and/or pixelated while transferring data onto platform.

Care instructions will differ for each Clothing brand therefore, this information will be added to each listing displayed for visual purpose. It will also be part of the clothing label purchased.

If you decide to ship any purchased products to another party's address other than yourself, a note with your message can be added to the packaging.

All personalizations require sufficient time to design each individuals request therefore it is best to keep communication lines open after purchase is finalized to provide quick submissions.

A normal standard processing time is 2 to 5 days or up to 7 days during seasonal peeks. This does not include the shipping time. Shipping & handling adds 2 to 7 days depending on seasonal peeks as well. Because of this, it is best to plan & provide as much time as possible to get these way ahead of time.

Personalization is created to each and every individuals perspective & specifications therefore we are unable to resell fhem. Because of this, all products listed are non-refundable therefore we are unable to accept returns as well.

However, 100% customer satisfaction is a top priority so if there are any discrepencies with your order upon receipt, please send us a message ASAP with quality photos [not blurred, too dark or pixelated] along with a brief description. Therefore a resolution will be provided thereafter that may include an exchange. (See Exchanges).

We highly suggest to ensure the item type, color, size and spelling are correct prior to making a purchase. Also reach out if questions before buying anything you don't understand.

In continuation of Refunds & Returns [due to limited space], an exchange and/or reprinting may be offered as a resolution after reviewing the problematic issue submitted.

Please be advised, an exchange to send products back to us for anew, may be at your own expense. However, as our customer, we will definitely cover all costs related to reprinting & resending for any replacements that are resent to you.
