-Does this come with a light stand/base? If not, what size stand would I need for the different sized crystals?
We offer an illuminating light base that fits all of our crystal sizes. The light base is sold separately here on our website.

HOW BIG IS THE CRYSTAL?
What are the dimensions of the different size crystals?
Small Rectangle = 3 x 2 x 2 inches
Medium Rectangle = 3 x 3.5 x 3 inches
Large Rectangle = 3 x 5 x 2.5 inches
XL Rectangle = 4 x 6 x 3 inches
XXL Rectangle = 6 x 8 x 3 inches
Small Heart = 4 x 3.5 x 2.5 inches
Large Heart = 5 x 4.5 x 2.5 inches
HOW DOES IT WORK?
How do I order it? How do you get my order?
Click "Create My Crystal" and select the shape and size crystal you like. Choose whether you would like to add the optional LED baselight to your order.
2. Click "Choose File" to upload and image ((people, pets, vehicles, equipment, etc.)
3. Optional: add the free text engraving of your choosing (up to 200 characters)
4. Click "Add to Cart" to proceed to the checkout. If you have any special requests or concerns, you will be able to add a message to our team before processing the order.
Once we receive your order, our designers will convert your picture from 2D to 3D. Our technicians will then 3D engrave your photo into the crystal, package it and ship it out in less than 24 hours.
- So do I buy the crystal and send the picture? What is the whole process exactly?
You upload your image, add optional text, make payment, and make any special requests right here in our online store when you make purchase.
HOW MANY PEOPLE / FIGURES?
- What size should I order? I want one with 3 people and 3 dogs in it, is that possible?
Yes, this is possible. We generally recommend ordering the following sizes depending on group size:
Small size: up to 2 subjects
Medium size: up 3 subjects
Large size: up to 5 subjects
XL size: up to 7 subjects
XXL size: up to 12 subjects
-How many people can be engraved into the crystal?
Depending on the size of crystal you order, we can engrave between 1 and 12 people or pets.
IMAGE FORMAT
-Which picture image file format provides the best quality 3D photo engraving in the crystal?
JPEG or PNG is the best. When we get a picture that is not top quality we may be able to enhance the quality, we can't do that with BMP.
-Do you accept 3D model formats?
Yes, we do accept 3D models such as .obj files.
-What image resolution is recommended? Is there a recommended color model (rgb, cymk) or dpi? "
Our technicians are able to work with any and every resolution. In fact, we can even use pictures taken of old photos to create your 3D crystal.
IMAGE QUALITY
-Will you review my photo before engraving?
We review every single image we receive. We will contact you if we have any concerns about the image and assist you to find a more suitable image or cancel the order. There are few instances in which our designers will not be able to design your crystal and you be notified via email.
-Can you work with an old picture of poor quality?
Rest assured, our designers and technicians have worked with all types of images and have been very successful in bringing old photos back to life. We are able to enhance your photo using a variety of software tools and we will contact you if we have any concerns about the image.

Our Customer Service team reviews all photos upon receipt and will reach out to you if they have any concerns about your photo.
