My Story
Hey, I'm Jay 👋
I myself live with ADHD — and know the chaos in the head, the 47 open browser tabs in the brain and the days when even getting up is an achievement.
At some point, I stopped searching for the "perfect planner" and started building tools that actually work for ADHD brains. No overload. No endless lists. Just what helps.
Everything here comes from my own experience. Because I know how it feels — and because you deserve better than "just try to concentrate."
🧠 From an ADHD brain for ADHD brains.

Kein Overload. Keine endlosen Listen.
