Frequently asked questions
Do rough diamonds and gemstones shine?
The shine and sparkle of any gemstone is created by the cutting, faceting and polishing processes. There may be shimmer and shine in rough uncut gemstones, but not to the extent of a cut/faceted/polished gemstone. The rough, uncut gemstones I use are unaltered and are as shown in the listing photos.
Are the rough diamonds certified conflict free?
Yes! All my diamonds, rough or faceted, comply with the Kimberley Process to ensure they are conflict free and legitimately sourced.
Where do the diamonds come from?
They come from various diamond producing locations through out the world that agree to participate fully in the Kimberley Process.
Can you engrave on the inside of rings?
Often! Many of my rings can be engraved on the inside with your special sentiment. Message me to confirm if the ring you are considering can be engraved. There is no extra charge for engraving and I am happy to include it for you on the pieces that are engravable.
What if I order the wrong ring size?
I can usually resize for you! It’s important to try to be as accurate as possible with the ring size you select but I understand that mistakes happen. If you’ve ordered the wrong size please contact me for return instructions for resizing.
Is there a warranty?
I stand behind my work 100%. I warranty all my work for one full year from date of receipt against any workmanship or craftsmanship concerns. Items that have been altered by another or damaged outside of normal daily wear are excluded from my warranty.
