I have a very small waist. Can you make a custom size?
I can make you a custom size that is smaller! Just send me a message.
However, because of the ladder locking clips you can adjust the size of your harness down to 12" in the waist strap. The benefits of not changing the size are that you can share it with a partner who has a different size waist and if your waist size fluctuates it will still fit you. If you find the excess strapping is bothering you it can be tucked in. A more permanent solution is to cut the webbing with scissors to your desired length and burn the ends with a lighter or match to prevent fraying.
I need a bigger size! Will it cost more?
Absolutely NOT!
You shouldn't have to pay more. So you won't.
Just send me a message with the circumference of the widest part of your body that the harness will pass over and of the widest part of your thigh and I will make a custom order for you. With no extra cost, no fatphobic nonsense.

Why is sizing done by hips and not waist?
I measure by the hips because it is generally the widest part of someone's body. If this isn't the case for you no sweat! Measure the widest part of yourself that the harness with pass by.
Something broke on my harness. Can you repair it?
For sure! If you sent me a message I would be pleased to repair any components that are broken on your harness. Please make sure you wash it before you send it.
Can I return my harness for a refund?
Unfortunately due to the nature of the product you cannot send it back for a refund. If there is something that needs to be adjusted or changed we can work that out. Just send me a message.
