I truly believe that life is meant to be decorated; not just our homes and our offices, but our whole world. Art gives us the medium to embellish our world with our personalities, tastes and colors.

Aldari Art was created because I had a deep desire to not only be my own boss, but to have the freedom to create art for others. Aldari actually stands for my own name, ALejandra DAnel RIvera! I stand behind my work, and am proud to put my name on everything I create. I also am incredibly grateful for this platform, and started my Etsy shop in 2010 after years of hard work and dedication to reach my goal of artistic entrepreneurship. Previous to opening my studio, I studied graphic design, visual effects and motion graphics.
During my studies, and the years after, photography and illustrations always stuck out to me, and I knew it was a form of art that would impact my life significantly. In fact, most of my nature designs are actually based on my photography that I transform into graphic art.
In 2009 my first niece was born and inspired by her birth, and wanting to create something special, I created an elephant illustration for her nursery. Within a few months my collection of illustrations exploded as I fed that fire within me. Flash forward to now, and I now have a thriving studio with a robust catalogue of illustrations for you to use to decorate your world.

I am inspired by nature, the people around me, and the beauty of colors and words. I am motivated by my customers, friends and family, and the wonderful feeling that only creative expression can provide.
