Frequently asked questions
Do you make custom work?
Absolutely! Simply provide a photo or sketch of any design you wish and we can create it. We will spend time with you discussing what details you would like.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for custom orders to be made. We will provide an estimate at the time of ordering.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from when you receive your item to return it should you wish. Simply ship it out by the 30th day. Please contact us ahead of time and we will provide a free return shipping label.
Items must be returned in the same condition received and with the original packaging.
Items returned after 30 days will not be accepted.
I received a thank you coupon code. Can I use this for any item in the shop?
Coupon codes are available to use for certain in stock item in the shop only. The coupon codes can not be used for custom orders.
Is shipping free for all orders?
Yes! We provide free tracked shipping on all Canadian and US orders.
Buyer is responsible for any customs, duties, etc. on US orders.
What if an item arrives damaged?
We inspect and carefully package each item before shipping. Detailed photos are taken and all diamonds, gemstones, etc. are accounted for.
Despite this care, on rare occasion, items may become damaged during shipping. Should your item arrive damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it and send photos of the damage.
Once the documented damage has been confirmed by us, we will provide you with a free shipping return label. Simply ship it out by the 30th day. Items must be returned in the original packaging along with all loose stones.
Damaged items can not be returned if the documented damage has not been reported to us within the first 3 days of receiving it. Accepted returns shipped after 30 days will not be accepted.
