I try to do a great job to encourage repeat customers and will do all that I can to make the process go smoothly, and ensure safe delivery of your items.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
I will do my best to achieve dispute resolution, and will try to be as fair as possible. Refunds and exchanges will be considered on a case by case basis. Usually returns or exchanges will only be entertained if I made an obvious error in the description, there is an obvious flaw in the item or I sent the wrong item.

I will not offer returns for people who may change their mind or did not read the description. If you are not sure about an item before purchasing, please ask all necessary questions or ask for additional photos or information before purchasing.

In the case that I try to contact a customer repeatedly to confirm colour choice of a clothing item with no response, I will try to make contact on etsy, and via email 3 times each, and wait 3-5 days before I make the choice myself (closest choice to what was ordered) and ship the item.

I cannot afford to hold numerous colour options waiting for a response for long because as I am doing that, I cannot offer those items for sale to other customers. I also take shipping on time very seriously, and will not wait too long for customers who do not check their messages.

If a refund or exchange is approved, the cost of shipping will still be your responsibility.

No taxes will be added to your order.
Shipping
Shipping costs are just examples, and the actual shipping costs might be slightly less or more than what is listed. This is because shipping to different areas of a specific country cost different amounts. I'm shipping from the West Coast of Canada, so it will likely cost less to ship to Oregon than Texas. Also, shipping clothing to Ontario costs $14.50 so I had to set any orders within Canada to that price even though within Western Canada may cost only half that amount. That being said, the prices should be pretty close to accurate, and I will always refund overages on Shipping!

Within North America, my first shipping option is usually the cheapest method that does not include tracking, and insurance, and faster delivery (around $10 CAD). If you would rather have those features, and are willing to pay more and be extra safe, and fast, that is also an option, so please contact me prior to purchase, and I can adjust the shipping costs. Many of my items now show an option for a shipping upgrade.

If the shipping does not have tracking and/or insurance, you are agreeing that I am not responsible for items that may be lost or damaged in the mail, or I cannot ship to you.

International orders. It is very rare for First Class International mail to be tracked. By purchasing from my store, you are accepting that you will not be able to track your items. If you would like to upgrade to a shipping method that includes tracking, this will involve a substantial additional charge (roughly $50-$70) and please contact us before ordering to have this set up for you.

Please realize that we have no control over whether your postal system decides to charge duties or customs fees on your items, and you are responsible for paying these fees. In some countries your post office may hold an international package at the post office for you to pick up in person and they may not even notify you of this, so please if you have not received your package, please check at the post office. If you do not claim your item from the post office and it is returned to us, you may be required to pay for postage again. So if you have not received your package, please check with your post office. If you need any information from us such as the address we sent the package from, a description of the package, or the customs form number just let us know.
