In the Etsy description it clearly says digital download. The description also lists the file formats that I provide. You wanted a printed version, which is not included, and are now claiming that I am deceiving customers. It is disappointing that you are unwilling to acknowledge this.

I miss having a format other than PSD, but okay. It's a shame the schedule wasn't fully updated with all teams, otherwise it looks nice.
