The beginning of a never ending story, born of the heart, iron and fire !!!

It all started with the encounter of two special people and lovers of life, in love with some manual work. They decided together to explore the creative side of many materials, including metal. Art lovers in general they decided to start the process to what is born today and in recent years their extreme passion the Artiste les Tordus.

Who are Artiste les Tordus?

Our name Artistes les Tordus comes from our passion, which is the wrought and ornamental iron. Our name represents our dreams, our mind and our imagination that is eccentric. Our creations are unique and come from our mind that might be a little twisted like our name.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
► Please contact me first if there's any problem with your order. If you wish to return an item contact me for information. BUYER PAYS RETURN SHIPPING. Shipping for returned items will not be refunded. If the package was mishandled by the postal service we are not responsible for their damages, you will need to file a complaint with your local postal service.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS: IF the situation arises in which we cannot fix the problem with the order, CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE for the return shipping cost. We will only issue a refund if the product is returned to us in the same condition that we sent it out in. If we do agree to accept your return and refund you for your order, we reserve the right to retain 10% of the original cost of the item to cover our time in consultation.

Any returned items must be returned in their original packaging (or similar protective materials).

If your package is returned to me "refused" or "unclaimed" (due to an unauthorized cancellation, change of heart, or incorrect address) I cannot be held responsible for re-routing fees or any additional shipping charges to reship your item. AT THAT TIME, I will contact you and let you know it was returned. If we still have not heard from you, we will not keep your order in hand (it will be sent out to others who have ordered the same item). When you contact us, we will refund your money or send you the product again, at a reliable address.

Take note that no order custom can not be returned or canceled.
Payment
We accept Paypal and the majority of credit cards, Etsy gift cards as well of course. Please note that once the order has been shipped, it can not be canceled.

We accept deferred payments, via paypal billing in 2 or 3 payments maximum. The purchase will be sent as soon as the last final payment received. If the buyer changes ideas along the way, the payments already made will not be refunded.

Delivery
Orders generally ship within 3-5 days of purchase, depending on the quantity of items ordered and season.

SHIPPING UPGRADES:
Priority or other rush shippings may be requested for an additional charge.
Packages may be delayed from shipping during extremely high volume times like Christmas.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Please be advised that I complete all customs forms and pay all duties on my end. I am NOT responsible for VAT or other additional fees collected/required by your country's customs clearance. Please contact your local customs office to inquire whether an additional fee will be charged prior to ordering.

Be aware that International shipping can take up to 4 weeks time. Average wait is 15-20 business days but I have had packages take more than 4 weeks. Please convo me if you haven't received your package in 4 weeks time.
Additional policies and FAQs
Custom orders are happily accepted. Either full payment or 50% down is needed. The determining factor will be the cost of the item and the labor involved. We are not responsible for tariffs or custom charges another country may impose on their own citizens. It is illegal for a seller to pay those fees. Any of those fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Our products are handcrafted therefore when you order a specific item to your choice, it may be slightly different from the picture presented the general concept of the item. You can always contact us for advice, orders or special requests. You can also contact us so that we can make an estimate of the shipping price will be more real. The shipping price can be lowered if you take more than one item.

Iron is a material that should be made ​​to measure (ex: bracelet, necklace and torque), if not custom made it will not go up and will be very difficult to fit... then adjusted it without the damaged it.
