The quality and durability are essentiel values for us. Thus all our gemstones are real and we take care of choosing metals without nickel or lead. This is why all our creations are guaranteed for 2 years.

Crystals are natural stones stemming from the heart of the Earth. That's why they are unique and can have marks, scratches or inclusions. They are imperfect like all of us.
Crystal are fragile and can break if you let it fall on the floor. Unfortunately if it happens I won't be able to repair or pay them off.

Please let me give you some advices to prevent your jewelry of getting old too soon :

* Take them off when you swim or take a bath
* Avoid contact with chemicals such as perfumes, body lotions … etc
* Wash them using a soft cloth
* Store them carefully in the original package provided or in any suitable storage.

Oracle jewels are delivered ready to offer in a natural flaxseed bag with our logo. They are shipped in a padded enveloppe with a recorded delivery to assure you safety & traceability.
The delay of shipping & manufacturing is specific for each jewel and can vary from one to another
Estimated sending is approximately 1-2 weeks if you are in United-States or Canada, 1 week if you are in Europe.

if a problem should appear or your order does not give you satisfaction, please contact us before leaving a negative comment. We will do everything we can to bring you total satisfaction.

Please contact us first if you ever want to send us back your purchase. If you wish to send back us your jewel, this one must not have been worn and must not be damaged. The refund will be transmitted to you after reception of this one. The buyer pays the cost of returning an item except if the item got a material or design issue. In this case we will send you a label of return and we will do our best to resolve it.

Each candle is available in 2 sizes. The small format is 60 ml and will last about twenty hours. The large format is 120 ml and will last about thirty hours. The burning time of the candle is an estimate and may vary depending on the atmosphere of your home.The glass jar is reusable just like the crystals. Soy wax is very easy to clean with warm soapy water.Oracle candles come ready to offer in a natural linen pouch. These are shipped in a box filled with pine fibers in order to protect them from any shock during their journey. The shipment is made via Colissimo to ensure security & traceability during the shipment.

Chaque bougie est disponible en 2 formats. Le petit format est de 60 ml et durera une vingtaine d'heures. Le grand format est de 120 ml et durera une trentaine d'heures. La durée de combustion de la bougie est une estimation et peut varier en fonction de l'atmosphère de votre maison.

Le pot en verre est réutilisable tout comme les cristaux. La cire de soja est très facile à nettoyer avec de l'eau chaude savonneuse.

Les bougies Oracle sont livrées prêtes à offrir dans une pochette de lin naturel. Celles-ci sont expédiés dans un carton rempli de fibres de pin afin de les protéger de tout choc pendant leur voyage. L'expédition s'effectue via Colissimo afin de vous assurer sécurité & traçabilité lors de l'envoi.

Essential oils are not recommended for pregnant and lactating women as well as for children under 6 years of age.Advice:*Make sure the candle is placed on a flat surface and away from drafts.*Do not let a candle burn unattended.Cut off the black end of the wick or residue before lighting it.*Let the candle burn so that its surface is completely liquid to avoid the formation of a well.*Do not let the candle burn more than 2 hours in a row for its durability.*Do not close the lid when the candle is lit.*Wait until the wax is completely frozen before moving the candle.*Close the lid of the candle after use.

Les huiles essentielles sont déconseillées pour les femmes enceintes et allaitantes ainsi que pour les enfants de moins de 6 ans.

Conseils :

*Veillez à ce que la bougie soit posée sur une surface plane et à l'abri des courants d'air.
*Ne laissez pas brûler une bougie sans surveillance.
Couper l'extrémité noire de la mèche ou les résidus avant de l'allumer.
*Laisser brûler la bougie de façon à ce que sa surface soit complètement liquide afin d'éviter la formation de puit.
*Ne pas laisser la bougie brûler plus de 2h d'affilée pour sa durabilité.
*Ne pas refermer le couvercle lorsque la bougie est allumée.
*Attendre que la cire soit complètement figée avant de déplacer la bougie.
*Refermer le couvercle de la bougie après usage.

In case of damage during transport, a claim must be made to the carrier upon receipt of the shipment. L'Atelier Oracle cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss or theft of packages by the carrier. In case of loss of the package, no refund or return can be considered. The tracked delivery method allows you to track your package during its routing. En cas de perte du colis, aucun remboursement ni renvoi ne pourra être envisagé.Le mode de livraison suivi permet d'effectuer un suivi de votre colis lors de son acheminement. En cas de problème relatif à cet acheminement, de perte ou de vol, aucun remboursement ne sera effectué car la responsabilité est celle du transporteur.
