Wear a piece of History

How could I not be inspired with so much beauty around me? Quite literally, this began as an answer to prayer and I thank God alone for this gift of doing something I love.

I wanted to share the beauty of this country with people who have never been and with those who have a special place in their hearts for this land.

So many of these old homes are just crumbling to the ground and this is my way of preserving the memory of the beautiful tiles before they are gone completely.

It gives me great joy when someone says "these tiles were on my Grandmother's house" or "I have been to that cafe".

So, come into the Atrio shop and enjoy a taste of Portugal.

Bem Vindo means "Welcome" in Portuguese. My shop is inspired out of my love for Portugal and it's amazing hand painted tiles.

All of my pieces are made of Polymer clay with the image baked right into the clay, making it water resistant and scratch resistant.

Positive feedback is always greatly appreciated, but if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me before leaving a neutral or negative feedback. Returns accepted if you are not satisfied.

Returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If you are not happy with your item, I will refund the cost (minus shipping) upon receipt. I can accept returns up to 30 days from date of the order, as long as item is returned in its original, unused condition and packaging.
If there is a defect with the item, please contact me so that I can help you. We do not accept exchanges.
Seller is not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping.
Unfortunately, I can not accept the return of personalized orders. Some pieces, like Chandelier Earrings, will be shipped with a tag. These pieces can only be returned if the tag REMAINS INTACT. Please note that there is a 5% RESTOCKING fee on all items.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards, as well as Paypal. We do not accept checks or money orders. We do not take orders over the phone.
Shipping
I ship from the USA. All orders are sent using USPS 1st class mail which takes from 2 to 5 working days. All Packages are sent with Delivery Confirmations Numbers so that seller and buyer can track their shipment.
International packages will also be sent 1st class and will take from 5 to 10 working days. International Packages do not have tracking or insurance once they leave the USA. There is a shipping upgrade for "International Priority Mail" for those who would like tracking information. Seller is not responsible for lost or damaged items. Seller is not responsible for customs or VAT duties on international orders.
