All Made to Order items will ship within 1 to 2 weeks.
Canadian packages will be shipped via Chit Chats Express (a 3rd party carrier) using Canada Post and are typically delivered in 5 to 8 business days. Single cards and single laser cut ornaments will be shipped directly through Canada Post through regular mail service.
Orders to the US are brought over the border to ship with USPS. Orders to the US are usually delivered in 4 to 5 business days.
International orders can take anywhere between 2 and 6 weeks for delivery. I cannot guarantee delivery times for international orders. Please contact me for express shipping rates if you require faster shipping.
All Canadian & US shipments include tracking except for single greeting cards or single laser cut ornaments. If you require tracking on an international order please contact me for details.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please be aware that YOU will be responsible for any taxes, customs fees, or other amounts levied by your home country for import. Please check with your Customs office and/or Postal Service if you are concerned about possible tariffs.
