5 out of 5 starsExceptional quality and outstanding customer service I recently purchased a digital embroidery design from Berkoksh and the quality is top-notch clearly digitized with great attention to detail what truly sets this shop apart is the customer service since my embroidery machine has a small hoop the seller was incredibly understanding and helpful they modified and split the design into two parts so I could stitch it perfectly the communication was fast and the final result is exactly as I expected I highly recommend this shop for their professionalism and responsiveness
