What services do you offer?
I offer custom embroidery digitizing services (converting your designs into machine embroidery files), vector conversion services (turning raster images into scalable vector graphics), and the creation of custom embroidered patches.
What file formats do you provide?
For digitizing, I can provide files in all major machine embroidery formats, including PES, DST, EXP, JEF, VIP, VP3, XXX, and more. Just let me know your required format.
For vector conversion, I typically deliver in SVG, AI, EPS, or PDF, but can accommodate other formats upon request.
What kind of artwork/file do you need?
For digitizing, I can work with most common image formats like JPG, PNG, PDF, and even sketches.
For vector conversion, the better the quality of your original raster image, the better the vector result will be.
What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround times vary depending on the complexity of the project and my current workload. I strive to complete most digitizing and vector orders within 2-4 hours.
Custom patch production time will depend on the quantity and complexity; I'll provide an estimated timeframe with your quote.
