Welcome our shop. Each of our items is uniquely handmade and/or embroidered by myself or one of my two daughters, thus making each original! Each garment has a label identifying that it is handmade in Canada and who the maker is.
We use only high quality materials in each of our designs and take pride in the quality of our workmanship. Between the three of us we have more than 50 years of experience, collectively.
We work in a smoke free, fragrance free, and pet free environment.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
Although we are confident that you will be happy with your purchase, we will gladly refund for the purchase price minus shipping and a 20% restocking of any item if it is returned in new condition and you contact us within 3 days of receipt. WE SEND ALL ITEMS OUT IN NEW CONDITION AND THOROUGHLY INSPECT THEM BEFORE PACKAGE. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. It is YOUR CHOICE to add insurance to your package to protect against possible loss or damage in transit.

Return shipping will be at the buyer's expense and a refund minus original shipping and the 10% restocking fee will be issued once we have received and inspected the item to be in new condition.

If you would prefer to exchange for an item of equal or more value, we will be happy to do this (again you must contact us within 3 days of receipt). The buyer will be responsible for the difference of pricing, original shipping and new shipping.

Any items that have been personalized are final sales and non refundable.
Payment
We accept Visa, American Express, Master Card and Discover Card as well as Etsy gift cards as method of payment.
Delivery
Orders UNDER $75 may NOT be sent with tracking and insurance unless this option is SELECTED during checkout. Our post office receipt will act as proof of shipping in these cases. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LOST DURING SHIPPING. All orders OVER $50 include a TRACKING number and INSURANCE.

All packages are shipped through Canada Post. Canadian orders are usually received within 7-15 BUSINESS days AFTER SHIPPING. US orders usually arrive within 10-20 BUSINESS days AFTER SHIPPING. Over seas can take up to and sometimes exceeding 12 weeks. ***Please understand that we have no control over shipping time, your patience and understanding is appreciated***. Holidays and busy shipping seasons can extend the shipping time significantly. Please be patient and purchase tracking and insurance if you feel you may have concerns about delivery.

Customers outside of Canada - you are responsible for any custom/ duty charges that may apply. Contact your local post office for information. We WILL NOT ACCEPT any RETURNS due to custom/ duty charges.

Can the sweaters be machine washed?

Yes. Wash in cold water on gentle cycle and tumble dry on low for 25 minutes.

Can I request a custom design for the towels?

Yes. Please contact me through etsy message and we can custom design a towel for you?

Are the children's lined fleece jackets lined throughout the entire sleeve or just in the body?

The lined fleece jackets are completely lined throughout with soft cotton flannel including the hood and sleeves.

Can I order the exact same sweater in three sizes?

Yes. Though we pride ourselves on making all of our sweaters uniquely different, we do occasionally make duplicates (in our 30+ years it has happened once or twice). If you message us through etsy message, we can design and make your own unique sweaters to your request.
