Hello, World!

We are a creative couple who are always on the move, travelling around the world finding new materials and designs.
Frank runs an art gallery and he is a true sock enthusiast, I am a graphic designer and I have been working in the soft furnishings industry since 2012. We are both obsessed with beatiful vintage kimonos and our products are mainly inspired by Japanese art, culture and life style. We love mixing beautiful prints and colors with natural materials.

Travel and free spirited living inspire us to create, appreciate art, simplicity, and the beauty of nature.

Returns and exchanges
Please contact us if you are dissatisfied with your purchase and we will do our best to solve this problem.

Please contact me BEFORE returning your items and I am certainly willing to work with you to arrive at a mutually agreeable solution to assure your satisfaction. :-)

Returns are allowed on unworn items that have not been purchased as a discounted order, within 5 days of receipt.

• Items must be returned in the same condition they were shipped.

• The refunded amount will take 5-7 business days to be processed back to your credit card. Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.


Defective & Damaged Products:

If any of the items from your order are missing or damaged when your package arrives, please contact us with your name and a description of the problem. We will do everything we can get the issue resolved. :)
Payment
I accept Paypal and Direct Checkout for all payments, kindly note that you can also use your credit card through PayPal without having to sign up for an account.

International Buyers:
All duty, customs, international taxes, are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping
All orders will ship to the address you provided on ETSY. Please ensure that it is up to date and correct.

Your order will be shipped within 1 - 3 business days after the payment has been cleared. (Please contact us for rush orders.)

To cancel an order please notify us through ETSY conversations as soon as possible.

Our shipments are sent through Canada Post and estimated delivery times are as follows:

Canadian customers:
- Lettermail: 2 - 7 days, no tracking number.


US customers:
- Light packet: 4-10 Days, no tracking

International customers:
- Light packet: 15 - 20 Days, no tracking


* If you would like your order upgraded to another shipping method, please contact us prior to purchase, and a custom listing will be set up with the requested shipping method.
