Selecting Express post will not make your order be rushed ahead of any other orders, our production times still stand, but we are always happy to work with you, so, please convo us.

As we Ship from Sydney Australia, once your order is mailed, we cannot guarantee shipping times for international shipments.

We are not responsible for any delays due to international shipment and customs

$10 international postage is via letter mail only and does not come with tracking information. delivery takes approx 10 - 15 business days. We do not accept any responsibility for any lost mail choosing this option. we will always suggest that you choose the postage option to include tracking info so you are able to locate your items while in transit.

AusPost advises delivery is approx 2 - 7 working days from date item sent (not ordered) depending on your location for standard postage.
We ship all items through parcel post and tracking numbers will be provided
Express shipping will be delivered next day ( once postage after processing time ) to most metro areas. If you are remote or regional, this may take a few days.

It is important to allow sufficient time prior to your event.
We are not responsible for any mishandling of your item once is leaves us. We are happy to work with you should your item be misplaced by Austpost.
We recommended Parcel Post or Express shipping to ensure you are provided with a tracking Number.
We do not provide refunds if your items arrives late .

Returns accepted if the item is faulty, defective or damaged during transit. Please contact me within 5 working days of receipt of your parcel & include photo's showing the fault/ damage to the item and the original packaging.

Strictly no refunds or returns:
- If items are damaged as a result of them not being used as intended and/or not following instructions for use.
- For change of mind/ if you no longer need the items.
- Orders arriving after your event.

LATEX BALLOONS
WARNING: Children under eight years can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required. Keep uninflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons at once. Made of natural rubber latex, which may cause allergies. Use a pump to blow up the balloons!

FOIL BALLOONS
WARNING: Choking/ Suffocation hazard. Young children must be supervised when using this product.

Unfortunately, postage within Australia is expensive, and we want our customers to have options,
However, we strongly advise on upgrading your delivery to include tracking details for an additional cost. This will ensure that you are able to track your items, and if your items have been lost , the postal service is able to track and may be able to provide a refund on most occasions.
