Finding passion in the vintage trade.
I started my shop back in early 2010 after a few gigs photographing for Etsy stores. I had been a thrift shop junkie for many years and preferred finding unique different pieces that weren't mainstream catalogue pieces, but still hit on trends. I would find classic unique pieces and get compliments when I wore them. I knew I was on to something.
All the shop owners who I photographed worked in vintage stores and I was instantly inspired to learn and get into this unique and addictive trade.
After 5 years in the vintage industry, I am still always fulfilled finding incredible one of a kind pieces. I love spotting the street trends and find the fashion cycle fascinating. I loved the re-emergence of the 90's trend and remembering how things were styled. Although I love the trends, nothing is better to me than good classic tailored pieces with beautiful details, historical school pieces and a fabulous Woodstock festival piece.
I look forward to keeping this creativity and inspiration flowing in my life while providing the marketplace with cool one of a kind vintage merchandise. I am excited to expand on this growing industry while keeping people informed on the perks of shopping for sustainable fashions.
