I was not expecting a new bracelet but it was more to let her know. She was incredibly kind and sympathetic and offered to send me a new bracelet. I gave the new bracelet to my mom for Christmas and she absolutely loved it. The quality is great, the stone is beautiful and the clasp stays put. the spoon used had beautiful detailing. A very happy customer here!
