Custom and personalized orders

Personalized orders are the nature of our business :) Most products have a 'custom' listing where you can submit your own ideas. If you are looking for a piece/product we don't offer, shoot us a message we love custom work!

How large can you cut wood?

I entered the wrong shipping address, what should I do?

We are unable to update addresses on our end.

If we haven't shipped the order yet, please place another order with the correct shipping address. After placing the order reach out to us and we will cancel the order with the incorrect shipping address.

If we already shipped your order, please reach out to the shipping carrier to intercept or reroute your package. Once the package has left us we unfortunately have no control over where it arrives.

Where is my package?

Please check your tracking number for all package updates. We do not have any control over packages after shipment. For further updates on your package please reach out to the shipping carrier.

Package hasn't moved in a while:
Sometimes, packages can be delayed or not scanned for several days and will seem lost but eventually move. We ask you give it time or contact the carrier.

USPS delivery dates are estimates and are NOT guaranteed.

Package shows delivered but you didn't receive it:
Please check your porch, between doors, mailbox, with family members, neighbors, ect. If nothing turns up please contact your delivery person or the carrier as they keep coordinates of package drop offs.

My package is being returned to shipper, now what?

If the package is being returned due to an error address the buyer is responsible for any shipping fees to reship and must provide a valid address.

Personalized items will not be reshipped until we have received the original package back.

Do you accept returns?

Please refer to individual product listings on whether returns are accepted or not for a specific product.

For items that returns are accepted on the following apply:
-Original shipping costs & return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If your order had free shipping you will be responsible for the actual cost of shipping we paid on your order.
-Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition.
