Frequently asked questions
Can I get a refund on a PDF pattern?
I do not offer returns or exchanges on digital items. The buyer is responsible for reading the title, item description, and store policies.
However, if there is something wrong with your order then please message me so we can work on a solution together!
Are your patterns easy for beginners?
I would say roughly 80% of my patterns would be suitable for beginners! I have specifically made a handful of patterns for those who have not ever stitched before. If you would like a recommendation for a first time piece, please feel free to message me and I will give you my advice!
If you are trying embroidery for the very first time and not sure where to start in terms of stitches and supplies etc you should explore my SUPPLIES section in my shop to see if anything there would be helpful for you to start with!
What do your PDF Patterns include? Are the thread colours included?
All of my patterns come with the pattern ready to print to scale, a stitch guide explaining the fundamental embroidery stitches included in the pattern, a colour guide which shows a list of DMC threads used, and where they go, and a few other pages filled with information and suggestions!
Can I sell anything made from your patterns?
No, you cannot use my patterns and designs for your own business or monetary hobby.
My patterns are designed for personal use or gifts only.
