There are postal delays that we have NO control over. We ship our packages on time. We do not guarantee delivery dates. If you need guaranteed delivery purchase Express service. Please know that we do not print our labels before the package is ready to ship. First-class packages can take up to 2-3 weeks to receive. The post office is not scanning many packages. If it says we printed the label, we have taken it to the post office.

★★★ SANITIZING AND PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES ★★★
When we pack your orders, we sanitize our hands and workspace with 91% isopropyl alcohol, it kills basically everything, we do this before packing EACH order. Everything is heat-sealed so if it encounters anything in transit you know it’s safe. You can wash the heat-sealed bags in some hot soapy water before opening them. And of course we always recommend washing your beads with hot soapy water when you get them.

Clips can be washed as well if you need to, but be sure to blow dry them to get all water off.

Cord and wood are best sanitized with UV light (so put them in the sun for a day).

We have the lowest shipping costs you'll find, we charge exact shipping, it's free for orders over $100 (after discounts) in the US, use this code TBFREESHIP100 and we'll pay 50% of the shipping for international orders over $200 (after discounts).

Canada and foreign shipping is often calculated much higher on here but we will refund overages for ALL shipping (US and international) if it's $1 or more over what I paid. So if you pay $25 in shipping and it costs me $8 to mail it, I refund $17. Conversely, if shipping is more than Etsy lists I will invoice you for the additional shipping costs. If we forget to credit your shipping don't hesitate to remind us.

We offer free local pickup in St. Charles, MO by 94 and 1st Capitol during business hours (9-4) using a special code. If you use the code and you will not be picking your order up we will request payment for shipping before we ship your order.

If you have concerns, contact us with the list of items you want and we will create a custom order with exact shipping for you.

★★★ INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS ★★★
We are NOT responsible for a package once it leaves the US. If we provide you with tracking and the item is stuck in customs we will not ship out a replacement as we cannot guarantee it won't also get stuck in customs. If your package is in customs please contact your local shipping authority and check on the status with them before contacting us. We will ask you for your case number so we can follow up on the item as well. Note that only one case can be opened per item. If we purchased insurance on the package we will open the case as we are the recipient of the insurance money (in order to allow us to replace your package).

You are 100% responsible for all customs, import, and duty fees. We are not responsible for any fees. If you do not pay the fees and your package is force returned to us we will only refund your purchase minus shipping once we receive the package.

Our first-class packages are usually NOT mailed with insurance as that would be very cost-prohibitive. If you want insurance on your package it will ship priority and we will do that and will invoice you for the additional shipping and insurance. Cost is generally $8-20 for domestic US parcels and $25-48 for international parcels. You MUST contact us first to arrange for insured packages.

Note that we may insure certain packages based on value at our own cost (generally any package over $40).

★★★ REFUNDS / RETURNS ★★★
As we now heat seal pack all of our products we can accept returns on products still in their original packaging. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Once we receive the items and can confirm their status we will credit you for your purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee as it takes time for us to put the products back. Shipping will not be refunded.

Items that shipped with Free Shipping will be subject to both a shipping fee deduction and the 20% restocking fee.

It is very important to note that bracelets are made based on the size you choose. You must measure before submitting your order, we make what you tell us to. A $1 bill is 6" if you don't have a ruler handy.

Wood products are prone to cracking if they are not properly conditioned weekly and every time you wash them. We will not replace cracked wood products if you did not ask us to condition it and did not purchase t-balm.

If you are in the EU you agree to abide by our refund and return policy due to the nature of our products. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt to return the product. You must email us at info at teslababy.com or via Etsy conversation. You are responsible for return shipping. Your order will only be refunded once we receive the item back, we will refund the order price minus original shipping and minus a 20% restocking fee. By purchasing from us you agree to abide by these terms.

We offer a 20% military discount but you must show us the top left half of your military ID to qualify (nothing with identifying numbers). We are a military family as well, so know that family cards count too! We are willing to FaceTime to do this or you can send us a photo of just the photo portion of the ID (not the whole card). We know what military IDs look like. Note that affiliation or membership with online military sites is not sufficient, we only need to see the top left of your ID or your partner's CAC card. Veteran cards are valid as well.

All of our products are nickel, lead, phthalate, and BPA free. We have all of our suppliers' certifications see the link below. Our U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission status is as a small batch manufacturer 022580-012021. We're a small business and our products are generally one-off so we are exempt from most testing but we do our best to test each piece before it leaves us for you. Note that all of our beads and supplies are not to be considered complete products, they are supplies, you must get your final products tested before selling them.

While we understand that you'll use our products as you see fit. From a legal perspective: all of our products are for use by individuals 13 and up. We cannot watch what you do with our products but if your children do find themselves around our smaller products please remove them immediately. We send you our products with the understanding that there will always be appropriate parental supervision. We expect that you will examine those products on a regular basis for wear and tear and if anything seems unsafe that you will immediately cease using the product.
