My Journey on Etsy

Long story, but basically like so many other Makers here, I like to create. I share my knowledge by writing tutorials on my techniques and projects and also sell my handmade supplies. Unfortunately beach sand is not included, although I could sell you a bag or two!

Our family had owned a Brick and Mortar Bead Shop for a number of years, but for the last 11 years we've been working out of our Home Studio and love it! It also helps us to look after our adult-child daughter who lives with Autism. Being able to do what we do and love to do is a real blessing.

Polymer clay and Beadwork have been my passion since 1989 when I made my first pair of earrings. The wire was wonky, the paper pyramids were painted card board, but I was determined to get better and I have. I sell my jewelry and other creations through various Brick & Mortar Shops and Galleries. Otherwise I offer my handmade beads and pendants and love to see what others do with them. I've been selling on Etsy since 2009 and had started another shop just for my jewelry, but can't keep enough stocked in Galleries, so once in a blue moon I will list here. I had the intent on keeping separate shops, one for jewelry and the other for my tutorials and supplies, but it's hard to keep up with more than one shop.

Thanks for your support :)

Short and sweet... I started to work with polymer clay in 1989, adding bead and wire work shortly after and it was serious business from the get-go. I'm still at it... and I love teaching others what I know.
