What I appreciated the most is that it looks exactly like the pictures online (which isn’t always the case when ordering home items), so there were no surprises at all. It instantly elevated the space and made the room feel warmer and more put together. You can tell attention was given to the details, from the stitching to the finishing. On top of that, the service was excellent. The ordering process was smooth, delivery was quick, and everything arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. It’s always reassuring when a product matches its description and comes with such great customer service. Overall, I would definitely recommend this rug to anyone looking to upgrade their space.
