Care instructions
For most items I make, I try to have as minimal maintenance as possible. Unless an item says otherwise about maintenance, most items can be touched up or buffed with beeswax or Tung/Danish oil to revitalize the sheen and gloss.
Custom and personalised orders
I try to work very closely with a commissioner to achieve the desired look and feel of an item. Custom orders will often have a longer wait time and delivery date based on size, complexity, familiarity with the material(s) used. I communicate thoroughly about the process as an order is being made, often showing many pictures of the process along the way to ensure I'm still working in the direction the commissioner envisions.
I also hold the final decision the accept or deny a custom order depending on my current workload, or the nature of the order itself.
Gift wrapping and packaging
I currently don't offer gift wrapping as option.. yet. Working towards that.
Packaging is dependent on the item, and what would suit it best for safety of shipping.
Wholesale availability
Wholesale availability could be an option dependent on the item(s) in question. Please contact me directly for inquiries.
Repairs and touch ups.
Repairs and touch ups are dependent on the item and the extent of the damage. Some items will have a dedicated description about the services available for it while all others will have to be handled individually by contacting me directly.
