Do not use Apple ID or you will not receive them. With Apple ID, you don't provide an email address, therefore we don't have an email address to send the files to. iCloud emails are fine and this is different from an Apple ID.

Unfortunately, we do not offer editing services or any customisations of any type for digital files. All of our templates are DIY - to be edited by the customer. We recommend trying the demo before purchasing. Please do not purchase if you don't have a computer and you are not able to edit it yourself.

FOR NON-EDITABLE ITEMS and PDF EDITABLE FILES: You will be able to download or access your files immediately after checkout. To download your file(s), go to your "Purchases" and the find order. From there, you will find a link to download your files.

Please keep in mind that I create the files to have printed and is not responsible for the printing aspect of the files. That is solely the responsibility of the buyer due to the many variables listed below that are out of my control as you are not using my services for printing. I am in no way affiliated with the outcome.

● Your files will print 'exactly' as they 'view'. If they look different in any way once printed, that's a technical issue with your printing vendor NOT the files sent to you as JPG and PDF files can't physically alter in any way as I only work with crisp and authentic graphics and fonts.

● When the file(s) 'view' crisply but 'PRINT' blurry, 99.9% of the time that means that the file(s) were saved incorrectly. Make sure

You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:
You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Please note that orders made via PayPal with an E-Check typically take longer as payment clears 3-5 days after an order is purchased. Receipt of cleared payment is required before any design work begins or before any orders are sent via email.
