"Bigs" is a nickname my father gave me as a child. My father worked as a Paratrooper, then a Lineman, for the Canadian military, and every time he returned home, I was "bigger and bigger," therefore he called me "bigs." I learned to knit as a child, and decided to start knitting again recently. I have been knitting non-stop for a few months now, and decided to try selling some items on Etsy. I needed a name for the shop, and I felt "Bigs" was likely to be original. All items are made by me and are made in Yukon, Canada (where I am currently located).
