The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Please let me know right away if your item arrives damaged and I will arrange for a replacement for you asap.

If you are not happy with your order please contact me to make arrangements. I want my customers to be 100% happy and I will do what I can to ensure that!

No returns on personalized products unless discussed first. I will not accept forced returns.
I accept Etsy direct payment.

Please allow 4-9 business days to shipping within Canada (after 2-3 day production time) 5-14 business days for USA (after 2-3 day production time), 7-19 business days for international (after 2-3 day production time).


Please contact me if you need to upgrade shipping for faster delivery for an additional fee. Packages DO NOT have a tracking number.

Your item(s) will be shipped within 5 business day after payment

I will ship your item to the address provided to Etsy. If you need it sent to a different address please send me a message or include the address in the convo box when you make your purchase. Please verify that your address is correct, as that is the address I will use. I can't be held responsible if given the wrong address. Non-deliverable parcels returned to me by Canada Post. I will then contact the customer about resending the item(s). Resending will require you to pay new shipping costs. If I don't hear back from the customer within a week I will refund the amount minus shipping costs and $10.00 fee for the item.
