After Etsy confirms payment, open Etsy in a web browser or on a computer and go to Your account > Purchases and reviews, then select Download Files. Etsy currently does not support digital-file downloads inside the Etsy app.

Check each listing’s included-file section. Excel workbooks are designed for Microsoft Excel; PDF guides need a standard PDF reader; CSV files open in most spreadsheet apps; SVG products need a compatible editor or browser.

You can import many .xlsx and CSV files into Google Sheets, but formulas, formatting, charts, and dashboard behavior may vary. Microsoft Excel provides the intended workbook experience unless the listing specifically states otherwise.

Printable PDFs and SVGs may be printed at home or through a print provider. Spreadsheet dashboards and worksheets may need page-scaling or print-area adjustments. Review the individual listing and included guide.

Unless a listing explicitly says otherwise, purchases are for the buyer’s own personal or internal business use. Do not resell, redistribute, share, upload, repackage, or claim the source files as your own.
