How long will it take to deliver my order?
If you are getting a Made-to-Order item, it usually takes between two to three weeks (around 15 business days) for us to produce the item. But if it is a Ready-to-ship item, it usually takes 3 to 5 business days for us to prepare the item for shipment. It takes 3-6 business days to deliver parcels to the USA, and 3-9 business days to Europe. We deliver worldwide, and the delivery can take up to 10 business days to some countries.
Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processes.
What is your shipment method?
We partner with shipping companies of international repute such as Fedex or DHL. Immediately we ship your order we will send you your tracking number.
Is there any guarantee on your products?
We take great pride in offering a lifetime guarantee on all our jewelry pieces. However, please note that this guarantee does not cover cases where the jewelry has been permanently damaged due to improper use or attempts to repair it elsewhere.

Do I have to know my ring size?
Yes, we will need the exact and correct size of your ring. We advise that you visit a jewelry store close to you. Get your ring size measured by a professional.
Do I have to pay customs & import taxes?
Import and customs taxes may apply, and the buyer is responsible for any associated fees. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.
Can I get a Custom Ring?
Contact us for more details about this, and we will implement your specifications and requirements in the BlackTreeLab style.
If you have a stone, we can you make a custom ring for you as well. You can send your stone, and we will make a ring for you in our style.
We do not use other silver or gold to make your jewelry. You cannot send your old Gold or Silver jewelry to make your jewelry.
Returns are not accepted on custom jewelry or rings with engravings.
What is your Returns & Refund Policy?
- Returns are accepted within 21 days of receiving the parcel.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Please allow 3-9 business days for US customers and 3 weeks for customers from other countries for us to receive and inspect the jewelry.
- Refunds are subject to verification of the item's condition and compliance with return instructions.
- Shipping fees and custom taxes are non-refundable.
- Please allow 2 business days for us to process the refund after receiving the package.
- Once processed, the refund will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain timeframe.
- Custom jewelry and engraved pieces are not eligible for returns.
What is your Exchange Policy?
Here are some essential points to note regarding exchanges:
- Exchanges will be processed within 5-21 business days of receiving the returned item. The exact timeframe depends on the time required for our master to create a new jewelry item for you.
- For ring size adjustments, please allow approximately 5 business days for us to ship the resized ring back to you after receiving your parcel.
- Shipping costs for the new item are the responsibility of the customer.
- Please contact us through private messages to provide the details of your exchange request.
What kind of Silver do you use in your Jewelry?
All our silver jewelry pieces are made with high quality 925 sterling silver, which contains 7.5% of copper and 92.5% of silver. This is so because pure silver is somewhat soft and copper is added to make it stronger and harder.
Oxidized silver, also called blackened silver, is sterling silver that undergoes a controlled darkening process to achieve a rich, matte patina. This effect is created by exposing the surface of the silver to sulfides, which accelerate the natural tarnishing process. The result is a layer of silver sulfide that coats the exterior, producing its signature dark, antique-like finish. Importantly, this oxidation process only alters the surface, leaving the internal structure and integrity of the silver unchanged.
