Wholesale availability
We do sell wholesale to qualified businesses with minimum order requirements. If you do not have a business, we do offer quantity or bulk order discounts. CONVO us for details. We would be happy to create a listing for you
Sizing details
We include a size chart for your convenience in our listings. Since we offer several different shirt styles, the fit is different. If you have a question about sizing, I will help the best I can. Please do not hesitate to contact me
Custom and personalised orders
Many items in my shop are custom already. I can also easily personalize any item that does not have that option in the listing. We consider special color requests ( apparel color or design color) custom as well as specific shirt style requests. If we modify a stock item in any way, the item is considered custom and not eligible for an exchange. All sales are final on custom items.
Care instructions
These instructions apply to items you decorate yourself with my DIY transfers or if you purchase one of my shirts
Wash all items inside out in cold water on the delicate cycle and line or hang dry. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Do not steam or iron on top of the decoration.
Claims and Shipping Info
If there is an issue with your order, please contact me with 3 business days via CONVO. Documentation may be requested depending on the issue, but I will be sure to promptly reply. Replacements will be sent for any items deemed defective, and we will provide a return label for the defective item. We only replace or refund unused items. For DIY items that are damaged, we cannot replace or refund once used.
We offer options of first class mail shipping and priority mail. Although first class mail comes with tracking information, it is not insured. Priority mail is shipped insured. We cannot be responsible for late, lost or misdirected mail once in the hands of the carrier so we recommend Priority Mail since it includes insurance.
