Day of the Dead, Rockabilly & Funky, Creative, out of the box Art / Design is what I love to do.

I am inspired by the colour and liveliness of the Mexican folk art traditions, in particular I love the slightly macabre humour of Dia de los Muertos and am always inspired by that vibrant cultural tradition.

I create original Day of the Dead paintings and make & sell art prints from my work. In addition, sometimes I venture off the Folk path a little and paint rockabilly themed art, gothic art or fantasy themed paintings. Since late 2013 I've gotten into heat press printed tshirts and baby clothes which has been a lot of fun. I like the old school vibe of this printing method & I try and keep to the rockabilly / tattoo themes in everything I offer.

All of my stuff aims to be playful whether or not it has a slightly spooky undertone. I love to bring my work into the public at shows because I get to see the faces of the people as they stroll past my booth, slow down, and break into huge smiles! Some of them love it openly and others seem slightly shy to admit that they are having fun looking. Either way I get to chat to people that I normally wouldn't cross paths with and it is such fun - so inspirational!

Selling day of the dead, rockabilly and psychedlic art & clothing on Etsy has been terrific, too - drop me a line! I do custom work at times as well.

Well, back to painting, designing, emailing, posting, listing, photographing, ordering supplies and packaging! *whew*.. busy busy busy.. oh well, I'll sleep when I'm dead, right? ;)

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
I have begun photographing and/or videotaping the stamped, addressed and deposited shipments. This is to guard against claims of non-delivery. Please note that this will not constitute additional insurance for the buyer but protects the seller from claims.

I do not offer refunds unless the item was damaged in transit.

In order to claim damage in transit all packaging must be kept as the Post Office will do an investigation and contact us both before they act on a claim. Please inspect the package before removing the item & photograph it if you believe it will be damaged inside. Take photos of the damaged item and the inner packaging and contact me if you do experience damage in the shipping process.

If you catch me before I ship your item I can cancel purchases (except custom orders) However, I will charge a fee for this to cover my costs, usually $3.00. This means that when I refund your payment I will hold $3.00 back. This applies to cancellations initiated by the buyer for any reason, including delivery times.

During the busy times of the year I do custom orders selectively. Please search for "Custom" in the search bar in my shop to find the listings which apply.
Anything over $100 will require a 50% non refundable down payment.
That's the nature of the business so I ask that customers be understanding. :)

I always ship within 2 business days of receiving your order unless extraordinary circumstances arise. Once your item is in the mail the Postal Services are responsible for the time it takes to get to you.

In the United States and Canada, shipping typically takes between 4 and 10 business days. From November 1st to January 5th, this can take longer.

For orders outside of the US and Canada shipping times vary from 2 weeks to 5 weeks.

Typically, no. I have tried to keep the cost of shipping prints and small garments as inexpensive as possible for my valued customers.
Wrapped Canvas prints and most originals *do* come with tracking and shorter delivery times.

-- U.S customers: The minimum cost for tracked expedited packages is $18.00. A shipping upgrade is available for you at checkout. There is a drop down for US Tracked shipping. Please select that if you would like this service.
-- Canadian Customers: contact me before you buy as prices vary by postal code. Minimum cost will be $18.00
-- Europe / UK / Australia customers: contact me before you buy. I will have to set up a separate custom order for you which includes the upgraded shipping. Minimum cost will be $30.00

-- -- NORTH AMERICA -- --
CANADA: Rarely more than 4 business days for any package, and originals will often be next business day delivery.
UNITED STATES: Usually between 4 and 10 business days delivery, however I have seen faster and much slower from time to time if Customs Agents hold the package in their random searches.

-- -- UK / EUROPE / AUSTRALIA -- --
UK: Typically items arrive within 7-15 business days but I've had things arrive in as quick as 5 and as long as 25.
AUSTRALIA: Most items will get to you in between 12-20 business days.
OTHER: Usually between 15-25 business days unless otherwise noted in listing.
Additional policies and FAQs
I can work with you on customizing logos, banner or other artwork either in digital format for your printing needs or on final products.
Before we agree to work together you will supply me with a scope of work and a time line. I can give you a quote for the final product at that point.
The quote will include a design fee in the range of $200.
A deposit of $150 must be made before I begin work.
The deposit is non refundable.
After deposit is received I do preliminary design, submit it to you for edits, changes, then do a mock up which can have final edits before completion.
The price of the final product will depend on the amount of time spent to produce the final product after the edits are complete.

it all sounds so cold when laid out this way but it is actually a fun & exciting process which I very much enjoy. Prior clients have been pleased with their book covers, logos or CD covers.
