If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return it within 7 days and I will exchange it for another product, different color or style or provide a refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Please return with tracking for your safety. I can only refund you if I receive the package.
Custom orders are non refundable and can not be returned or exchanged.

I accept Credit cards directly through my shop (etsy) and Pay-Pal. If you need to cancel an order, please email me as soon as you can, within a 12 hour window. Once I have shipped the product it is too late to cancel, but may still be returned, although you will be responsible for the shipping charges and listing fees.

Most packages will be sent by US mail first class with insurance. I mail packages out M-F. If you require a priority or express delivery, no problem, these options are available at checkout.

***I can not issue a refund for custom orders, or orders that do not arrive "on time", due to postal delays or items stolen from mailbox. Once an item is marked as "DELIVERED" I can no longer be responsible for the package. You will need to contact your local post office to track down the package. Non custom items maybe returned for a refund, less the shipping cost and restocking fee of 10%. I will however file an insurance claim for the item and intern send you the refund at that time, if approved. The wait time to claims on lost packages is 20 days for domestic and 30 days for international. Thank you for your understanding.****

**International Customers: Some countries collect import tax. You are responsible for any import tax on your package. Please understand, that once a package reaches your country, it is no longer under the tracking of the US postal system. I can not be responsible for packages that are not delivered due to customs holding packages for tax reasons, or items stolen from mail. Please contact your local customs office or post office with inquiries. I will file an insurance claim on missing packages once reported.

Is it a Gift?? Gift delivery is no problem. Provide an alternative address for the gift, your invoice will be sent automatically via etsy or paypal to your email address, not with the package. I will include a card with a personalized message from you and appropriate gift wrapping at no extra charge, if requested, otherwise it will be nicely wrapped in tissue paper with pretty tape on it.

I use recycled cardboard or biodegradable corn bags for shipping.
I ship to all countries. Not responsible for items lost due to incorrect address entered at checkout. Please make sure address is updated before final checkout.
If a package is returned due to incorrect address, customer will be responsible for an additional shipping charge to re-send to proper address.

Custom orders welcome. All Custom orders are final sales and will require up front payment in full.
Everything is made in a smoke free and pet free studio. if you happen to find any amount of fur on your items, it is faux fur from a busy day of cutting costumes. It gets everywhere, and as much as I try to remove it, sometimes it just sneaks in.
