Bookata is an online publishing platform proposing a new approach in creating, re-creating and distributing stories / content. Instead of offering a fixed narrative, our platform adapts and transforms past content through an explicit, multi leveled meshing of past materials, new audiences and live collaborators.

The final product of our storytelling process connects disparate pieces of past content with fresh creating ones. In order to create new meanings Bookata is empowering the past content with the imagination of the new creators.

Started in 2009, Bookata was in this first stage, concentrated on books about children's life events. The kids grew up and now children books are replaced with more serious subjects.
