*PLEASE READ ALL ITEM DESCRIPTIONS FULLY* I hand make all my glass myself using premium quality borosilicate glass, a torch and utilizing glassblowing and lampworking techniques. My work is also kiln annealed as a final step to endure longevity and durability (mass straw manufacturers and many others skip this very important step)

CANADA: Free shipping is done via OSLettermail (Untracked) it usually arrives anywhere from 4 - 14 business days after your item has shipped but can sometimes be a bit longer due to postal delays. I do also offer 2 different tracked package options at checkout that are also faster options.

USA: All shipping methods are tracked, USA Air Tracked Packet *typically* takes about 1-2 weeks in transit but can be longer due to customs and other postal delays. Xpresspost is usually around a week or less.

INTL: All sent Intl Packet and usually takes around 2-4 weeks to arrive to *most* places.
