Where are Bowfield hair accessories made?
Bowfield accessories are made in a pet/smoke-free home studio in Ontario Canada.
When will I receive my order? (shipping times)
We ship our items with Canada Post postage service. Their estimated shipping times are:
CANADIAN CUSTOMERS:
Regular Mail - 2 to 7 business days
Tracked Packet - 2 to 7 business days
US CUSTOMERS:
Regular Mail - 5 to 8 business days
Tracked Packet - 4 to 7 business days
Please understand these are guidelines, they are not guaranteed delivery dates. We are not responsible for parcels being delivered beyond the guideline delivery date.
These guidelines are not be be confused with our processing time. Our processing time is currently 1-3 business days.
Do I get a tracking number with my order?
In order to keep shipping costs low, all shipping is done via Canada Post Regular Mail which doesn't provide a tracking number or insurance.
