The illustration actually looks like my dogs — not just generic portraits — and the design makes it feel like a piece of artwork instead of a standard photo mug. This is a great option if you want something personal but more creative and polished than just printing a picture on a plain mug. It makes a genuinely special gift, for yourself or someone else, and I’d absolutely order again.

5 van 5 sterrenThe item is actually beautiful. It's better than the photos. Let me be clear. The shipping had nothing to do with the seller. It has to do with the post office. They apparently sent it to Puerto Rico.Etsy also has outstanding Customer Service. The seller answered all my questions which I had more than one since I have a learning disability. I wanted to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and that I didn't make any mistakes. I highly recommend using Etsy and the seller. This is a beautiful way to keep track of your miles and to show them off.
