Hey there & thanks for visiting my shop!
I'm Jen, the owner and creator behind Bright Limelight Studio.
I'm a freelance surface designer creating colourful artwork for the fashion, home and paper industries. I work out of my sunny (and sometimes freezing) home studio in Toronto, Canada along with my furry side-kicks; Jake the spotty cattle dog and Izzy the sassy kitty. I have a daily painting practice, mainly in watercolours and inks with the odd bit of pencil crayon or marker thrown in. I love incorporating bright & vibrant pops of color & fun typography with my hand painted designs. Most of my inspiration comes from my travels and my passion for learning about other cultures. Favourite trips have been to Morocco, Thailand, Mexico and Paris. I am excited to share some of my designs here with you. Please check back soon. I plan to update my shop with new products regularly!
