Frequently asked questions
Do you sell fabric in any of your patterns?
Unfortunately, I don't offer fabric at this time.
The shipping address I submitted with my order is wrong, what do I do?
Please double check all shipping locations when you submit your order, especially when using Paypal or Apple Pay. If you notice an error, please let me know as soon as possible.
Once an item is shipped, however, I cannot make any changes, and you'll have to reorder the item, unfortunately - so please make sure your information is up to date!
Can I get a custom order?
I do not offer custom orders at this time, unfortunately - I am the pattern designer and artist, but the sewing is done by a company in Montreal that specializes in helping artists produce textiles! I can, however, look into different sizes of pouches and clothing items!
Do you offer local pick ups?
Absolutely! Live in the Waterloo-Wellington Region or in Southern Ontario and want to save on shipping? Message me for more information!
Why has my order not been dispatched yet?
I batch all my orders and drop them off usually once a week with my shipping provider, whose drop off point is out of town. If you miss the cut off point it sometimes means your order will be shipped out the following week, which is why there may be a slightly longer delay. However, if you'd worried about shipping times please feel free to reach out! I will always try my best to get you your order as quickly as I can!
Do you ship to Germany?
I am no longer able to ship to Germany; any German orders will be refunded and cancelled. I truly apologize for the inconvenience - I am not able to register for the LUCID system, unfortunately.
