When I list an item as made order and not giving any special conditions, then the item is being replicated near enough to the photographs on the listing. The order for small items usually take 1-2 day to complete and post and a week or two for bigger items and orders.
CUSTOM ORDERS
When the client wishes to have made something different to what is listed or it is impossible to replicate the item due to fabric availability (which is usually clear from the listing), we have to discuss all the details, then i will make the item, list it with exact photographs and only then if the client likes it he can pay for it. Special orders are usually completed withing 1-2 weeks.
