My first over the collar bandana, easy to put on and take off! In the past I had issues with sliding things over my dogs collar, but the bandana had plenty of room and sliding it on and off was easy. Such a pretty pattern as well.

Butters and Bee
Sewing and quilting have always been passions of mine. When I adopted my cat, Ashby, I flew into a frenzy of sewing outfits and toys for her. She was not really a fan, so I took the hint and left her alone. More recently, my fiancé Chad and I got a Toy Australian Shepherd puppy that we named Butters, and that is how Butters and Bee was born.
I wanted to have cute bandanas for Butters to wear when we got her, but I couldn't justify spending so much on boring bandanas from the pet store. I turned to my BFF, Pinterest, and soon learned how to create over the collar bandanas. I made a few of these for Butters, as well as some for her older brother Bruins (my dad's dog) and her older sister Khali (my grandma & brother's dog). I became addicted to making dog bandanas and soon found my craft room filled to the brim with beautiful fabrics. Realizing that I didn't need this many bandanas (and that Chad would probably kill me when he saw all the fabric I purchased), I decided to make my own little shop so other dogs and cats can enjoy the same homemade accessories that my pets do.

Butters is an 8 week Blue Merle Toy Australian Shepherd. Born on February 14, she was the perfect Valentine's Day gift and is the inspiration behind Butters & Bee. We can't wait for her to grow up and be one of the cutest agility pups ever!

Ashby
Model, Product Inspector
Ashby is a 4.5 year old Muted Tortie who we adopted from the Edmonton Humane Society 3 years ago. Her fave activity is latching onto your legs as you walk by. She is a natural model, and loves to inspect every product before it heads out the door.
