Terrible coms , asked why order hadn’t been despatched to be told she had made an error on the listing . Why not tell me that as soon as I had paid ? Had to get Etsy involved to receive my refund .

Item arrived damaged with paint missing from the chrome. Contacted seller who dishonestly blamed damage during postage, however this was packaged very well so was like this before dispatching. Seller was not professional in accepting responsibility for this. Wanted me to go out of my way to post this back to them although I explained due to work commitments this wasn’t feasible. The seller also wanted me to pay for postage back out of my own pocket. I then had to escalate this to Etsy as a formal case which again couldn’t be resolved so an independent review by Trust & Safety was taken of this which they have now ruled in favour of refunding me my money (REFUND BY ETSY not out of sellers pocket!!). Honestly I’m all for supporting small businesses but I wouldn’t buy again from seller. Avoid at all costs!
