It isn’t scented, which is fine, but there aren’t any instructions on how to scent it

I ordered this on October 7th and haven't received my item yet. I keep getting generic messages and cannot get live assistance.

DO NOT ORDER HERE. I never received my item. The seller did not respond to my 6 different messages over 2 weeks. This is nothing but a scam. Waiting on Etsy to handle the case I opened against this shop.

This would be zero stars if I could. The item was never shipped, therefore I never received the item. Have reached out several times to the seller, to no avail, as he has not responded.

My mistake for not looking at the reviews for this vendor. I only gave one star due to you have to, really no stars for this vendor. I have not received my item. No response, and no updates. Lesson learned and money lost.
